Can I pick a delivery time?
Our standard delivery window is between 9 am and 6 pm from Monday to Saturday. While you can suggest a preferred delivery time in the special requests section, we cannot guarantee it. For a time sensitive delivery, please get in touch, and we can arrange a specific time delivery for an additional cost.
Will my flowers be left if no one is home?
Certainly! If there's a safe spot to leave the flowers, we will do so. In cases where the recipient is unavailable, or access to the delivery location is restricted (e.g., mail room or apartment), we'll attempt to reach out to you. If we don't receive a response, the flowers will be returned to our studio. Should you wish for a re-delivery, an additional cost will apply.
Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
Unfortunately, not. While we strive to replicate each bouquet to resemble the photo, the elements of nature are beyond our control. Variations in colors and flower placement may occur due to limited market and seasonal availability. If you have specific preferences regarding flower selection, please get in touch.

- Gently unwrap the bouquet, removing any packaging materials. This allows the flowers to breathe and ensures they can fully open up.
- Trim the stems on an angle immediately upon receiving the flowers. Place them in a vase filled with fresh water.
- Use a clean vase filled with fresh water to ensure the longevity of your flowers.
- Keep an eye on water levels and change the water entirely every two days. This helps prevent bacterial growth and keeps the flowers hydrated.
- Place the flowers in a location away from direct sunlight. Exposure to sunlight can accelerate wilting and reduce the lifespan of the blooms.
- Remove any leaves that may be submerged in water to prevent bacterial contamination and maintain the water's freshness.
