Refund Policy


  • If you would like cancel an advance order, please contact us 3 days prior to the delivery date of your specified order. You can contact us directly by emailing If a lesser period of notice is given, we will only refund if we have not started the preparation of your order at the time notice is given. 


  • If you wish to make any amendments to an existing order, please email and we'll try our best to accomodate. 


  • Feeling Floral handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
  • Feeling Floral goes to great lengths to source the very best flowers and products for our customers.
  • Products sold on this website are a perishable, natural item and flowers life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others. Flowers are a product of nature; availability is dependent on season and markets. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on
  • You can generally expect your flowers to last 3-7 days provided they are cared for correctly.
5 steps that will help your flowers to last as long as possible:
  1. Stems should be cut on an angle (in or under running water if possible) as soon as you receive the flowers and placed into a vase full of fresh water.
  2. Ensure the vase that is used is clean and filled full with fresh water
  3. Always keep an eye on the water levels and change the water completely every two days
  4. Keep the flowers out of direct sunlight
  • We are unable to offer a refund for deliveries if you have provided us with an incorrect delivery address. The customer holds all responsibilities to provide us with the correct delivery information and instructions.
  • If you are unsatisfied with you order and you feel the flowers have not lasted for at least 3 days, please let us know by email at
  • Feeling Floral reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers.
  • Feeling Floral requires that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to our Team within 3 days of delivery.
  • To assist us in quality control, we may request to collect the original flowers. Regrettably, we cannot arrange a redelivery of replacement flowers to you if the original flowers are disposed of or images are unavailable.
  • Feeling Floral will not accept returns based on change of mind or design.
  • Feeling Floral reserves the right to refund, exchange or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
  • We reserve the right to substitute flower varieties when specific blooms aren't in season. With these substitutions we ensure that the arrangement is similar in quality, value and appearance to the blooms selected.
  • All images on our website have captured the colours of our products as accurate as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile display of any colour will be accurate. 
  • By accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.
