For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us,” “Our” and We” refers to’s and “You” and “Your” refers to you the client, visitor, website user or person using the website. We have the right to make any necessary changes, updates and modifications to our website at any given time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes.

If you choose to use our website then we will regard tha use as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and Feeling Floral rights and obligations to one another.

  • By placing an order through our website you are making an offer to purchase our products and services.
  • Feeling Floral reserves the right to accept, refuse, cancel or refund any orders that are placed with us for any reason. These include those orders who have already been placed and/or have been paid for.
  • Customers are not permitted to purchase any of our products for resell.
  • Once you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email indicating your order and payment method has been accepted and confirmed. If you do not receive this email from us please contact us via our email address or DM via Instagram.

  • Prices on each of our products can change at any time without notice
  • If you have already made a purchase and we have changed our price of the products online, we will not charge you any additional fees if you have already ordered and paid for it
  • Price excludes delivery and delivery charges are calculated at checkout

  • Daily deliveries occur between 9am-6pm AEST.
  • Feeling Floral cannot guarantee delivery time for a specific time of day
  • If you wish to have a guaranteed time of delivery at an additional cost, please contact us via our email address
  • All delivery fees are calculated based on the postcode your order is being delivered to. Please ensure you select the correct postcode, if it has been incorrectly selected, Feeling Floral will request for the difference and the product will not be delivered until the full payment has been made.
  • Feeling Floral uses multiple reputable courier companies to deliver physical goods. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment.
  • Feeling Floral will make all efforts to have your blooms delivered to you on the delivery date specified on your order however we are not liable for any failure or delay to deliver your blooms for any reason.
  • Feeling Floral is also not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received.
  • We should be notified immediately of damaged or lost goods. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Feeling Floral. Refer Refund Policy.


  • When placing an order, please ensure all details provided are correct and accurate.
  • If an incorrect address has been provided and the delivery has been made, we do not take responsibility for the order.
  • If we are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you will be notified via your contact email/mobile number provided. We can then arrange for your order to be redelivered. Additional delivery fees and product replacement fees apply for flowers that need to be replenished.


  • All undeliverable items will be sent back to Feeling Floral’s warehouse where the customer will be liable for any additional charges in relation to returning, storing or disposing the undeliverable items.
  • We can then arrange for your order to be redelivered. Additional delivery fees and product replacement fees apply for flowers that need to be replenished.
  • Feeling Floral is not responsible if your order goes missing once placed in a safe place.
  • As flowers are very delicate and perishable it is advised that recipients collect there order as soon as they are notified that they have been delivered.

Our products are considered as undeliverable when:

  • The recipient is not home or unavailable to receive their item
  • There is nowhere safe to leave the item.
  • The recipient's address is incorrect or incomplete and cannot be located.


  • If you need to change or amend the delivery address for your order, you must notify us in writing 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.
  • If you fail to notify us 24 hours in advance, and simply notify us the day of your scheduled delivery, we will make every attempt to accommodate this change. However, we cannot guarantee delivery to the new address. Should our delivery driver need to reroute to somewhere else, an additional fee will be charged.
