What time will my order be delivered?

Our flower deliveries in Melbourne are made between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm AEST. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, if our couriers are running behind schedule, you’ll be notified. For time-sensitive deliveries (to businesses, schools, or events), let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee exact delivery times due to courier schedules and Melbourne traffic. However, we can take requests such as “deliver before 3 pm” for business addresses or “after 12 pm” for residential addresses, and we’ll do our best to meet them.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

If no one is available to receive the flowers, our courier will leave them in a safe, shaded location. If it’s not possible (e.g., in secure buildings), we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery or pickup. Redelivery fees will apply.

What if the flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition?

We always use the freshest flowers available, but if your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please get in touch with us right away (within 24 hours) with photos. Our team will assess the issue and organise a suitable resolution.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Cancellations are not applicable within 3 business days of the scheduled delivery date. For orders cancelled prior to this time, you may be eligible for a credit towards a future order. Once flowers have been arranged or dispatched, we are unable to cancel or refund.

What if the flowers don’t last as long as I expected?

Fresh flowers are a natural product, and vase life can vary depending on flower type, season, and care. We provide care instructions with every order, and if flowers do not meet our freshness standards upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can review and assist.

What if I change my mind after placing an order?

Unfortunately, due to the perishable and custom nature of flowers, we cannot offer refunds for a change of mind. If you’d like to adjust your order, please contact us at least as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
