Valentines Day Terms and Conditions:
- Feeling Floral can deliver to suburbs up to 40kms from Melbourne CBD at a flat rate of $25.
- Deliveries will be made between 9am-6pm. We cannot guarantee a specific time of day. Tracking links will be sent directly to the mobile number provided at Checkout.
- Pick up is located at 19 Coromandel Place, Melbourne between 10am-5pm.
- Delivery / Pick up Option can be selected via the Check Out page.
- We do not issue returns or refunds based on change of mind. Refunds will only be accepted if your product arrived faulty/damaged.

Can I pick a delivery time?
Our standard delivery window is between 9 am and 6 pm from Monday to Saturday. While you can suggest a preferred delivery time in the special requests section, we cannot guarantee it. For a time sensitive delivery, please get in touch, and we can arrange a specific time delivery for an additional cost.
Will my flowers be left if no one is home?
Certainly! If there's a safe spot to leave the flowers, we will do so. In cases where the recipient is unavailable, or access to the delivery location is restricted (e.g., mail room or apartment), we'll attempt to reach out to you. If we don't receive a response, the flowers will be returned to our studio. Should you wish for a re-delivery, an additional cost will apply.
Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
Unfortunately, not. While we strive to replicate each bouquet to resemble the photo, the elements of nature are beyond our control. Variations in colors and flower placement may occur due to limited market and seasonal availability. If you have specific preferences regarding flower selection, please get in touch.
Please be aware that due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, the lifespan of each variety may vary.
